Each week will be one of the following Modules:
Zentangles – an easy to learn method of creating beautiful images from repetitive patterns. This is a fascinating new art form that is fun and relaxing. It is said to increase focus and creativity. Zentangles provides artistic satisfaction and an increased sense of personal well being.
Mosaic Art Piece – This will be offered at Glass Express. Bring your artistic imagination to create a one of a kind glass mosaic art piece. You will learn to step out of your comfort zone in a caring and fun environment where everything created is honored.
Expressive Dance – This is a class that helps you to recognize not only the rhythm in music but also to embrace your own rhythm body, mind and soul. The ability to “Dance” is not a pre-requisite, you will recognizing that we all have our own innate form of dance.
Drumming – Alfred will bring with him his own personal drums to share from handmade African drums to the manufactured drum you can buy in a store. This class honors your inner rhythm, the true beating of your heart strength.
Watercolor Painting – Robin takes the world of watercolor and makes it fun and easy from making cards to a full blown painting you will surprise yourself at how creative you truly are.
Body Mechanic’s – What is your Fascia and why does it need to move anyway? In this class we will talk about how our body holds on to and stores trauma along with what we can do about it. You will learn about your fascia and how important it is to keep it healthy, happy and moving.
Restorative Yoga – Come and learn a very comforting and relaxing form of yoga, leave feeling rested and rejuvenated.
Makeover– The Empire Beauty School recognizes how important it is to take care of ourselves and offer their services for one night with choices of Haircut , Manicure, Pedicure and/or facial
